At the start of each month, we release a new collection of prints available for a limited-time. We ask that you subscribe to the mailing list for the latest details and follow on Instagram @emilydunlap.art for updates. 

For Fine Art prints, please allow 4 weeks for your order to be dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping details to track your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all the shipping details. In the event you don’t receive an email, please contact me at emilykdunlap@gmail.com

• For the UK, EU and US order: No customs fees
• For other countries: Fine art prints can incur customs fees depending on the country of origin and destination, for more information see here.

• For the UK, EU, and rest of the world (ROW), items up to 16.5” on the long edge are sent flat in an envelope, while anything larger is shipped rolled in a tube.
• For the US, anything larger than 12"x16" will be sent in a tube. This helps ensure that your orders are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We ask that you email photos of your damaged print to the Support Team at emilykdunlap@gmail.com. We will work quickly to replace your order.

Yes, all Fine Art Prints are archival. We use specialized inks and paper that are designed to resist fading and yellowing over time. Proper storage conditions like keeping prints away from direct sunlight and high humidity are important to maximize the lifespan of the prints. We also strive to use the best environmentally friendly materials and methods.

All Fine Art Prints are custom made to order, so we are unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
